Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at crysscrafts@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect. The time frame to report an item as defective is 5 days from when the item was received. Due to the handmade nature of the products, any damages to product after 5 days is considered normal wear and tear.
If your item is deemed to be defective, arrangements will be made to issue a replacement item only.
