Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Customer will be notified if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if order is delayed for any reason.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on shipping location and carrier rates. Shipping rates change frequently, please reach out to our support team if you would like an accurate estimate of shipping charges before ordering.

CryssCrafts offers international shipping. CryssCrafts is not liable for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees (taxes, tariffs, etc.) imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders come with tracking and have the option to sign up for delivery notifications. Orders over 100$ will receive insurance based on the carriers policy.

CryssCrafts is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipping carrier or reach out to our support team to file a claim. Please save all damaged product and packaging materials before filing a claim.

Local pickup and delivery are not currently offered at this time.
